brendan: honestly i dunno how they select pp into ocs la... i still think the SIT test plays an impt part. be more on the ball lor, but make sure u dun wayang, cuz u'll kena like fuck during peer appraisal. for sispec very easy to get in one la... as long as pass ippt, and express ur interest into sispec sure get in one. i personally dun like sispec, i think sergeants sux! from wad i know, a lot of pp who kena sispec are dying to get out! anyway, which coy are you?
