Lalala I'm feeling quite high I shall post. I miss all of you guys in Singapore. I thought of you guys so much, especially after the post by Brendanke, that I wondered for a while if I should have stayed in Singapore instead. We brudders are going to be the main noisemakers at our respective weddings, our new years, our Chistmases, our World Cup finals. We are going to make our children our godchildren. (I can imagine Caifong's son calling Brendan Dama, then Brenda replies: shemo Dama! ) We are going to play soccer, play mahojng, sing ktv, tour countries whenever we are able to. We basically feel closest to each other next to our spouses, and maybe for some, our boyfriends. My Angmo roommate's brother came to visit from Northwestern before, I saw them behave in each other's presence. They trust each other, but as brothers, they don't even seem half as close as we are. In other words, by American standards we maccam 'life partners' like that le. hahahaha.
I going back to work. See you all back in Singapore

Hey Guys,
Sorry for the lack of posts.
Campaigning season has officially started, most fucking busy time of my life here in UofM. Dorm storming, Flyering on the diag etc etc, chalking on the floor at night, 10pm meetings every night, MANDATORY bar nights.
But it's the most fucking fun experience (well, sort of), with some of the best people I've known here.
Ok, gotta catch up on some work now.
St. Patty's Day is this weekend - can't wait for a weekend of drunken campaigning and partying!

Things in US happen in literal touch and go formats, so no time to take picture. This is the closest picture I have of a Pei Pei..Da Vinci painting, 140 mill US dollars leh, dun play play.
Time in US passes fast. There's always something to be occupied on, so things just brush the surface. There're so many ideas to think about and work on, before you know it the sun sets seven times and a new week starts again.
I miss soccer on Sunday, I miss mahjong, I miss gathering with de 4f brudders and toking cock. At this moment I am enjoying learning new things, meeting new people, but I will return to Singapore this summer--everyday eat pizza abit buay tahan le.

those of us still stranded in Pulau Singaporura just met up for dinner a couple of days ago, kudos to hian yi for organising. but like all other dinner outings, it commenced with everyone arriving ridiculously late, and concluded with everyone desperately deciding where to go but ended up going no where but home, like what's new rite? hey at least me, bobo and honey managed to catch a movie -- 300 -- on our way back. lot's of nonsense were exchanged during the dinner, among which were talk about catching oysters (and abalone!), sharing of each other's love life, affairs, adulteries, etc. and trying to fake somebody's birthday so we could get a free slice of cake from nyny. i dont' have the photos, so those who have pls post it (and where's the photo of da ma and his pei pei?) but here are some quotes of the day:

Hi! I am Nick Tan and I am running for an LSA-Student Government Representative seat with the Michigan Action Party!
As a current appointed representative on LSA-SG, I am a committee member on the Academic Affairs, Student Life, and Multicultural Affairs Committees. I am heavily involved in the Academic Affairs Committee and am a sub-committee chair for numerous academic projects. I have a whole lot of projects that I wish to continue working on LSA Student-Government…
With your support, here’s what I can do if I get elected!
- Creating Minors in other Schools for LSA Students: Have you ever wanted to take a minor in the School of Public Policy? Or in the School of Kinesiology? Or in the Business School? I am have been in talks with the different schools to create minors for LSA students and have recently submitted a ballot question for the upcoming elections to gauge the interest of LSA students in taking minors in other schools and would continue working on this project if I am elected!
- GSI Consistency: Are you enrolled in the same class as one of your friends but facing the problems of different grading practices in your discussion section? Do you have a problem understanding your international GSI? Creating more consistent standards for GSI's is vital to ensuring fair academic opportunities to all students.
- Increasing Community Involvement on LSA-SG: Presently, most of our involvement with community service groups is only through providing funding for various activities. I would like to see LSA-SG take a more active role in helping the community. Some of the plans that I have include organizing an inaugural Ann Arbor Half-Marathon in early Fall to raise funds for various local charity organizations, and for members of LSA-SG to actively participate in charity events like Dance Marathon.
- Improving the Student Experience for International Students: International students are an under-represented “minority” in our school, but I intend to change that! Ever had problems with academic advising? Academic Advising is a new experience for most international students and I intend to work with the Academic Advising Center to assign international students to Academic Advisors even before arriving in University of Michigan. Problems with off-campus housing? I intend to work with the Housing Office to address problems of lease signing, and organize a housing fair specially for international students before the lease signing “season” starts. And these are just some of the projects that I intend to work on!

I was so touched when I read your last post (albeit posted wrongly on the old 4F blog).
Yup, looking back, I guess it's really uncanny how we knew each other back in primary school, although not very well, then sec 1-2 as (I don't know how to describe it), then sec 3-4 as classmates, and subsequently as more than classmates.
Ok I shall stop being gay and say yah, I know you for very long and this will be the ONE AND ONLY gayass post because it's for you Jasper Ang.
I hope you are having a good time in SMU with omg I forgot what's her name, and I have her pictures in my phone. Don't ask me why or how I got them. She took them willingly.
Will see you, hopefully in May and we can continue this gayass relationship that we have.

Anw, how about a trip down memory lane back to RI again? Many many changes, we could go during our summer break when they're still having school, at least we can see the teachers. One free day let's even have a car pool outing, besides going around to qie soccer with other ppl, we can go MJC to find Aifee too. How does that sound! Oh just a good news to share with all the drivers out there, I just joined you guys on 31st Jan with an outstanding score of 4 points. So next time I can be one of those fetching if I'm able to get the car.
Well since honey has selflessly posted his peipei and himself. I guess it's my turn... study hard guys, keep those bellies in shape as much as you can too. -hugs and kisses- !!!
hey guys, i'm currently at the Sydney Olympic Park covering the Pro Tour over here... its been a long weekend and havent had time to post anything... the cranes are coming in to take down the wolverine in the middle of the hall and everyone's kind of packing up so here i am... That's the tournament venue behind that big thing...
That's the tournament venue behind that big thing... sydney airport is very nice, but they are so slow! we had to queue to clear customs, wait super long for the luggage and then queue to get past the quarantine checks... there's almost no "nothing to declare" channel, since everyone's belongings went through the xray machine... but this sign was quite funny... no CHICKENS!
the food is amazing but everything is so bloody expensive until i think US and Japan is considered cheap... That chicken wrap was AU$8 alone... if I take MRT from Airport to my Hotel, it cost AU$16 for the 15km journey... if i took a taxi, i would be worse since they charge more than AU$1.50 for every KM they travel... in singapore it jumps 40cents...
